Janelle's main goal as your real estate agent is to provide exceptional customer service throughout your home selling or buying process. This includes constant follow up (without being asked!), nearly immediate responses to your questions/concerns, and efficient processes and technology use to ensure that each transaction is as smooth as possible from start to finish.

Additionally, Janelle has a great eye for interior design. Her Chicago living room was featured on HGTV as an 'inspiration room' for a makeover filmed in 2009. She also has great experience with staging homes to make them appeal to the masses - and in essence sell faster - without the need to hire an external home staging company.

Janelle grew up in northwest Ohio and graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a business degree in 2002. Since then, she worked at several high profile companies including Deloitte Consulting (serving clients such as Estee Lauder, The Home Depot and Harley Davidson) as well as technology giant Hewlett-Packard. Although, Janelle's true passion for real estate slowly won over after she moved to Chicago in 2005.

Since moving to Chicago, Janelle has kept on top of the ever changing real estate market specializing in the Chicago neighborhoods of Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North and the Gold Coast. However, she is licensed to assist her clients with properties throughout Illinois!  She currently lives in the Old Town Triangle with her husband, Justin, and 3 fur 'kids' - Elwood, Soma & Maya.
