- Get Pre-Approved by Bank of America - Before starting your home buying process, it is a good idea to get a preapproval. It shows sellers that you are a serious buyer and gives you more negotiating power. My contacts at BoA in Lincoln Park will get you the preapproval you need to be well on your way to home ownership!

- RedFin, Trulia, and Zillow - These are my three favorite search sites for clients who do not have direct access to the MLS in the area they are interested in. All three allow you to search within a mapped area based on selected criteria! Note: these sites do not necessarily contain all MLS listings and do not connect you directly to the listing offices when using their contact forms.
